As all of us know that Google Docs need active internet connection to be fully functional. So when you do not have an internet connection you will not be able to use it. Step1. Login to your Google Docs account.
Step2. Now select the files that you want to download to your local system as a ZIP file.
Step3. Then click on the More button(this button will be visible once you select the files else it will be invisible ) which will give you a list of option. Click on “Download” as shown in below image:
Step4. In the next popup screen you can see the files that you want to download as a ZIP file, click on “Download” button. (You may even convert Office files to PDF or HTML or any other formats before exporting them out of Google Docs.)
That’s all, within some time your document will be downloaded as a ZIP file. The time is dependent on the number and size of files. However at a time you can only export up to 2GB data.
